Olympics, tea, and colds

Poor Kaylee and me.  We have lovely head colds making us generally cranky, tired, and snotty.  This is what happens when I send her to school and expose her to all those foreign germs, and spending hours commuting through the cold every day after spending two years in warm, summery places.

I may regret not getting her to burn off her toddler energy (she's much less lethargic than I am... the resilience of toddlers!).  But I don't have the energy to bundle her up and take her outside.  We may take a field trip up to the 24th floor lounge or down to the lobby to watch Olympics on the big TV for awhile.  But that's the most I can imagine doing today.

Here's to hoping that lots of nice hot tea, NOT going outside (there's still SNOW on the ground out there!), and snuggling with an adorable toddler will help this go away before it gets any worse.
