Time

I had just gotten to the point where it was easy to know what time it was back home.

Then, we Sprang Forward this morning.

Yes, Sprang Forward an hour. But I gave this no conscious thought at all, since I only use my phone to tell time, except for occasionally glancing at the microwave clock and in our new downtown Sydney apartment it's hidden.

So, this October morning, standing in Starbucks, I was reading the menu and specials and my mind took the tangent train from White Chocolate Mocha to Peppermint Mocha (Christmas is coming after all) when I saw the Board advertising the new Jump Into Spring iced drinks. Woah, What?

Then, to add to it, there were Gingerbread Men Cookies by the register. Next to the display of Autumn Blend coffee.

I'm so confused.
