Quick and Easy Games

Sometimes the simplicity of the toys that Kaylee becomes focused on mastering amazes me.

She loved (loves) mastering putting straws into a cup.

This morning she needed a new distraction, so I grabbed one of the paper towel rolls I had been saving for just such an occasion, covered one end in tape to seal it, and demonstrated putting the craft sticks in and pouring them out.

She repeated, multiple times, only getting distracted when I pulled out the phone to take her picture.

But she'll play with it again, I'm sure!
